Brianna Aldridge, MPH

Program Associate II

Brianna Aldridge (she/her) is a Program Associate II leading the Alliance’s capacity-building and technical assistance efforts. In her previous work, Brianna partnered with governmental public health organizations to help local health departments advance health equity in their communities. Earlier in her career, Brianna served as a Community Health Worker in the Gainesville, Florida area, where she learned about public health principles through community engagement.

Desiring to strengthen her understanding of health inequities and how we respond to them, Brianna pursued a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Maryland. While there, she also received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. Brianna’s undergraduate days were spent at the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Education. Brianna’s passions within public health stem from a deep desire to make those on the margins seen, heard, and felt. She enjoys facilitating connections in the spirit of collectivism - because the sum of us is greater than a part.

Outside of work, you can find Brianna playing tennis, having lengthy discussions about women’s basketball, adding to her vinyl collection, and discovering new restaurants with her friends.
